Are you wanting to spice up your cocktail skills? Lucienne at Hotel Alessandra is hosting mixology classes every Saturday through March. Classes feature Beverage History & Origins and a Cocktail Workshop with the history of 3 classic cocktails and “light bites” by Chef Jose Hernandez.
January explore the history of gins, learn how to perfect their cocktails, and taste some delicious pairings from their kitchen. –
Classes are $65 a person.
February learn the Art of Chocolate Martinis and Cherry Flavors, featuring Agricanto Paladin and Bouvery CV. The spirits of Valentine’s Day will be paired with an assortment of mini desserts by Chef Jose Hernandez.
